| The BBQ will start on the grass behind Alfred Court from 3pm up until 6.30pm-7pm as it is the only area with grass big enough so children can play and we do not need to worry about them being hit by cars.
We will bring the Big Bench over and I will try and supply a pub umbrella to shade the table.
After this, we can all decide on a place to move which is going to cause the least trouble, otherwise if everyone has had enough outside, we can head to the pub!
You will all be required to bring a minimum of 1 side dish (crisps etc) and 1 main dish to BBQ (chicken, corn on the cob etc). The idea is to cook these, put them on the table and share them out in a sort of buffet. Please all mark down what you will be bringing so we can try and get the least duplicate entrys. You need to bare in mind, if there is 4 of you, please try and bring a bit extra food as this will need to be shared between everyone and if only 1 dish is bought per family, we may end up with not enough!
If you will not be able to get to a supermarket as you don't have a car or are currently ill, let me know and I can go for you providing you drop me some money first and I can then drop you the food back.
You will need to bring your own drink and chair/blanket.
We will need a few people to help with the cooking the same as before.
Please add your name to the list and things you will be bringing.
Alfred Court is when you come into Wellfarm through the entrance and turn LEFT. Continue down the road and there is a big grass area to your left again.
