Hi Guys

If anyone is looking for a decent plumber I can recommend a local guy who is brilliant:

Dean Angell - 07818 037000

Nice, decent honest guy who wont rip you off and is only too happy to help. He put in my towel rail and sorted out my radiators when they stopped working.

If you need any more info, please feel free to ask!

Claire xx

I have had that problem too- althugh not too bad. I wonder if it has anything to do with the roadworks on the main road as there seems like there is link somewhere, water on road etc and they hae been back for the last week diggingup the road again. I wonder if they hae gone through a pipe!

Boilers often at some point loose pressure, it is not to do with digging up the road, there is a tap that you need to turn to top up the pressure every so often, the tap will be somewhere connected to the back of the boiler.

For the size of flats we live in the pressure should be 1.5 on the clock.

Temperature: if you have not got good temperature when using the bath and or shower then look in the white manual given when you purchased the flat and it will tell you how u can sort this as the tap connected to the bath has a thermostat in it that may need adjusting.

Combi Boilers from time to time often loose pressure and need to be manually topped up.

If you are not sure always seek advice from a plumber.
